Dear Friends,
it's been a long Winter. As most of you know, I was offline for quite a while with computer problems. That has now been remedied and with Spring approaching, it is time we got busy and got things rolling here in the Valley. I would like to take a few moments to reiterate what we are, who we are, where we are and what we are not.
We, members of Fraser Valley 9/11 Truth, do not claim to know the truth about 9/11, but we do have many facts that have been withheld from the general public, as well as many experts and witnesses on our side, and have a pretty good idea. By having the courage to ask questions and to examine the evidence for ourselves, we have become convinced of a massive cover up and distortions of the facts to justify a war, to win public support for war, as well as to gain public compliance with tyrannical laws and government policies which the people of Canada would likely not otherwise accept. This would not be the first time in history that this has been done. It is not exceptional at all, but rather the rule when it comes to war. It is born out by history, sometimes soon after, sometimes many years later, including with admissions of the parties involved.
9/11 has all the hallmarks of a self-inflicted wound or "false flag" event. The media and government scoff at such suggestions and claim that it is perposterous "conspiracy theory"; that it would involve too many people and that "such an act could never be kept quiet". That is not true, historically speaking. Indeed, the only people trying to keep it quiet and avoid the issue are the government and media who have vested interests, politically, socially and financially. If there is nothing to hide, why are they trying to keep the public from finding out? What could be the harm? If they have real evidence to prove the official story, let's see it and we will be quiet! Until such time, it is they who have created a "conspiracy theory" that is unsubstantiated by the facts, not us. And it is our civic duty to hold our servants in government, the media (whose job it is to investigate) and big business, who are reaping rich rewards from the public purse, accountable.
Fraser Valley 9/11 Truth is not affiliated with any political party, philosophy nor religious belief and has no opinion on other social issues or agendas, other than those directly associated with or stemming from the events of 9/11. We have no official theory about what happened on September 11th, 2001 (though personal opinions may vary amongst individuals). We are unified only in our contention that the official story lacks credibility and that full disclosure is required immediately.
9/11 Truth is neither right nor left, it is about right vs. wrong. We are seeking truth and justice for the victims of 9/11, 25 of whom were Canadian, and end to Canada's involvement in an illegal war of aggression in Afghanistan, an end to the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) which threatens our national sovereignty, and a return to the rule of law and constitutionally guaranteed rights, which have been subverted, based upon 9/11 lies, distortions and propaganda, or until the official story has been thoroughly examined and substantiated. All major political parties and the mainstream media have been complicit in this cover up for their own gain. We play no favourites amongst those parties currently sitting federally or provincially, nor amongst city officials. One federal party that has endorsed the goals of the 9/11 Truth movement is the Canadian Action Party, to whom we are grateful and many of our members support them. We would, however, also support candidates from other parties who call for a new 9/11 investigation, regardless of their party.
Fraser Valley 9/11 Truth is opposed to aiding and abetting the US government in wars for profit and empire, and opposed to the occupation of Canada by foreign agents, such as from the CIA, FBI and the Department of Homeland Security. We want to see Canada's dignity and honour amongst peaceful, independent, sovereign and just nations restored. We feel this is only possible when all of the events, circumstances, actions, failures. physical evidence, the testimony of eyewitnesses, experts and whistleblowers, as well as video evidence are taken into account in an open, fair and impartial inquiry. One with no questions barred, and where no one is immune to questioning. Moreover, with no preconceived notions about who carried out the attacks, nor their motives. Why would anyone be opposed to this?? 9/11 victims, their families, and all of us: Canadians, Americans, Afghans and citizens of the world, have a right to know the truth before we engage in war, retribution, deploy weapons of mass destruction, torture people, surrender our national sovereignty and dispense with our rights, freedoms and democracy.
There are around 12 towns in the Valley (depending upon where you draw the boundaries). Presently, we are represented in Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Mission, Abbotsford and Chilliwack, and it is hoped that we will soon be represented in all local towns, with activists creating sub-groups. Each of us is asked to inform and educate others about 9/11 facts in their home towns and neighbourhoods, schools, their friends and families, co-workers etc, by handing out literature, DVDs and CDs, posting info on bulletin boards, calling radio shows, placing ads, etc on a frequent basis, as well as assisting and supporting others in neighbouring towns when they plan events, such as screening documentaries, hosting speakers or holding teach-ins etc.
The main thing we ask is civility, not radicalism nor confrontations which the mainstream media can and will use against us. It is up to us to be the media, to get our own message out and define ourselves, rather than allowing others to label us. We feel it is essential to be as mainstream as possible in order to attract the widest audience (across lines of gender, age, religion, culture, etc), to have them identify with us and our concerns, and of course, to join us. If, while in public, you are approached by the media and are uncomfortable or unsure of what to do or say, please give them printed literature and refer them to our website for more information. They can arrange an interview with one of our spokespersons.
Please observe any rules in public places, smile, be courteous, positive and well mannered, and try not to not engage in arguments with others while in public. The optics of that are bad. People make a wide path around you and draw conclusions without really hearing what you have to say and without checking out your information. In the meantime, you will have squandered other opportunities. Wish the person a good day and move on to the next person. We need to sell the truth, not just tell it or yell it. Maintain your dignity and composure at all times!
Anger, a sense of betrayal and disgust are what motivate us to take action and become involved. Outrage, however, is frightening to those who do not know what you know, or what you have seen, or discovered about 9/11. We cannot, therefore, allow ourselves to act outrageously or rudely. Respect others as you would hope that they would respect you. Be at peace with yourself and confident that you are on the side of goodness, and be proud of yourself for having the courage to speak out for what you believe is right.
Anything you say or do, and even how you look will be judged by someone, and sometimes even reported in the media. What we do as individuals reflects on everyone else (on our group and in the movement as a whole). While we don't want to be cookie-cutter people, we should be concerned with appearance, cleanliness etc and try to dress appropriately in terms of where we will be. I believe that it is primarily the middle class of society that we have to make an impression upon if we are to achieve a breakthrough. We have to make it easy for them to identify with us and not appear "fringe" as the media would describe us. So, if you are not amongst peers, please consider putting aside anything concerned with personal image while you are doing "civil informationing" or public speaking. The more we blend in, the more people will feel at ease with us, because we won't be stereotyped, which like it or not, is often the case.
We are individuals, with our own styles, likes and dislikes, and we are more confident speaking to some types of people than others, and that is fine, but we should try not to discriminate. Everyone needs to know what we have come to know and given the opportunity to join us, even if we don't care for them personally or we disagree with them on other issues. 9/11 Truth has the potential to bind us together in one common cause. It opens the door to explore many things that most people are ignorant of when they first begin to do their own research. When given the opportunity, we make new discoveries, and we all begin to question many of our own long held beliefs and see the world differently than we had ever imagined. We may lose friendships over it, but we make many new ones, bound together by our quest for truth and justice. It is a journey that we share and can be proud of!
Wayne
